- Prompt, dedicated and consistent handling of customization-related issues by a live person, who has the knowledge necessary to provide a quick turnaround.
- Quick handling of issues through our support escalation policy that assigns the proper resources to get your issues resolved in a timely manner, while keeping you informed of the expected turnaround time and status of your issues.
