Business Hours

Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM, Central Time. Response time for a customer is one (1) business hour from the time of the initial contact with Fishbowl Solutions.

Escalation procedure

Based on the severity of the issue (low, medium, high, critical), Fishbowl Solutions will resolve your situation in a timely manner. However, most issues are resolved within twenty-four (24) hours.
