When used with the optional XML output, deliverables and metadata can be imported into 3rd party PLM applications.

eAccess Trigger:
• Allows engineering departments to share their valuable CAD data without the need to navigate Windchill® PDMLink™.
• Automatically generates deliverables upon designated events in Pro/INTRALINK, like promote to release.
• Keeps deliverables up-to-date and in synch with the latest product revision.
• Supports Pro/ENGINEER® Drawings and/or Models and even converts AutoCAD® drawings.
• Converts files to any of the supported output types (PDF, IGES, STEP, DXF, etc.), names them according to organizational standards, such as drawingname_rev.pdf, and moves them to the proper network file folder.
• Includes watermark functionality, archiving capability, subfolder configurations, custom naming conventions, basic workflow, and much more.
• Has an optional XML format for BOM (Bill of Materials), Parameter, and Dependency
