DXF Flat Pattern Automation (FPA) automates the creation of 1:1 flat patterns for every Pro/ENGINEER sheet metal part in an assembly and outputs them as DXF for downstream usage. There is no need for a pre-existing flat pattern instance; FPA will create the flat pattern automatically. DXF Flat Pattern Automation allows for more value-added activities, while eliminating or greatly reducing the opportunities for error and the time spent with DXF creation.
