linkPurge
Are you using expensive vault space to store outdated viewables, or deleting an object in order get rid of the associated viewable? linkPurge is the only solution that can delete viewables without deleting the object associated with them. linkPurge will quickly and easily purge all but the latest viewables and re-capture your expensive vault space from obsolete and outdated viewables.

linkRenumber
Would you like another way to renumber documents, outside of auto-numbering, in the standard Windchill Interface? linkRenumber provides a simple user interface that allows names and numbers on both WTDocuments and EPMDocuments to be freely modified, even with auto numbering enabled. It validates that the new number is unique in the system and also checks that Object Initialization Rules are satisfied. It can even be configured to allow users with simple Modify rights to perform renumbering on Released objects without assigning full Admin rights.

Are you rejecting drawings because they have out-dated formats associated with them? linkTrigger will ensure that the format associated with a drawing is on your approved format list and is the latest iteration available. It catches this common mistake early in the process, saving you time and effort. linkTrigger also has a library of actions that are triggered by events in Windchill. Just some of the actions are checking data for accuracy, checking for proper formats and validating metadata among many more. Also, linkTrigger can assist your organization in meeting compliance with the new RoHS WEEE directives.

Check in at any Revision
Would you like to specify the revision when you check in a new WTDocument? This problem can be especially painful when importing old scanned drawings. The only OOTB alternative to match the revision on the object to the revision on the print is: revise, revise, revise… Check in at any Revision solution, for Pro/INTRALINK 8.0 and PDMLink 8.0, adds a new menu selection to the existing Windchill Check-In Wizard that allows you to specify the revision from a drop-down list that includes only the valid revisions for your organization.
