Yes. You can capture your paper contracts or import contracts that came in as faxes or emails and directly commit them to UCM where they can be associated during the contract cover page creation.

Do I really need the Contract Management packaged offering, or can I just purchase subscription notifier or workflow solution set and configure them with UCM for contract management?
This is feasible but not optimal. Our customers have continued to tell us that this pre-packaged, integrated offering increased their overall value. We have leveraged all of our best UCM value-add components and packaged them up into an affordable and robust contract management enhancement solution.
