Oracle UCM Workflow Design and Development
A Multinational manufacturer of products for personal care, household products, prescription drugs and disposable diapers selected Fishbowl to design and implement a process for content approval which leveraged UCM workflows and other Fishbowl products and expertise.
Oracle UCM On-line “Literature Library”
A global provider of industrial automation control and information solutions partnered with Fishbowl to build a public-facing website for delivery of all of their electronic installation and user manuals. Features included the ability for users to browse dynamically generated categories of product documentation, perform keyword, title, and publication searches and allowed users to filter content based on language.
Timesheet Management and Oracle UCM / SAP® Integration
A national landscape product manufacturing selected Fishbowl to build a timesheet management system based on Oracle UCM, including integration with their SAP system. Timesheets were routed through a two step workflow within the UCM system for approval with reminder notifications if action was not taken within a specified time period. Reporting capabilities were also created to show timesheet status for each cost center.
Process Automation – Oracle UCM Forms and Workflow Implementation
A worldwide supplier of process automation services and technologies selected Fishbowl to replace a paper system for issuing and routing Advanced Deviation Requests (ADRs).
Oracle UCM Architecture and Performance Analysis and Design
A worldwide developer and manufacturer of sensors for factory and process automation chose Fishbowl to aid in analyzing and designing a clustered Oracle UCM environment for better performance. Fishbowl assisted with the architecture design, installation, and migration from the existing system including configuration of Content Tracker within the clustered environment.
Oracle UCM Marketing Document Workflow Approval and Release Process
A global sensor manufacturer partnered with Fishbowl to design and develop a process to automate the publishing of marketing brochures and literatures to their public website.
Oracle UCM to AutoDesk® Vault™ Integration
A world-leading railway track maintenance provider selected Fishbowl to aid in integrating their Autodesk Vault application with Oracle UCM to enable computer-aided drawing (CAD) sharing and visibility throughout the company.
