Web Content Management
A large national health care insurer selected Fishbowl Solutions to deploy a web content management architecture based on the Oracle Web Content Management (WCM) platform. The company needed to upgrade from a "homegrown" web content management system which required lengthy turnaround times for updating their website content. With the help of Fishbowl, the company has deployed five of their outdated Internet sites and continues to roll out new sites today.
Workflow Design and Development
A large national health maintenance provider chose Fishbowl to design, build and implement several workflows, including the publishing of content to their website. As a part of the project, Fishbowl consulted with the company on a new, improved metadata model for web documents as well as a new check-in process for end users. This check-in process included advanced capabilities such as a multi-page check-in wizard and a tree view control for entering values for dependent metadata fields instead of the standard option lists.
System Administration Assistance
The Florida branch of a national healthcare insurance provider chose Fishbowl to deliver on-site and off-site Oracle UCM system administrator training, including help with Content Publisher, and other best practices to assist with the transition of responsibilities to a new UCM system administrator.
Security Analysis and Design
Minnesota branch of a national healthcare insurance provider partnered with Fishbowl to aid in designing and implementing a security structure for their UCM implementation. Fishbowl helped the company integrate with their existing directory (Novell e-Directory) and current integration with IBM Tivoli Access Manager. The security model was designed to support individual secure accounts for each user to archive email and leveraged Fishbowl's Advanced User Security Mapping product.
Content Integration Suite (CIS) Development
A Minnesota healthcare insurance provider selected Fishbowl to develop an integration to their Oracle Content Server for IBM WebSphere Portal through Oracle's Content Integration Suite (CIS). Fishbowl provided design, development, and testing of the solution which provided internal users secure access to information previously sent out to members.
