Oracle UCM Form and Workflow Design and Implementation
A leading media outlet needed a better way to track and record all documents associated with their Capital Expenditure Request (CERs), which are often made up of summaries, ROI worksheets, copies of capital budgets and vendor quotes. Their current review process was not meeting their needs because it was not easy for users, causing a long review process. Fishbowl Solutions leveraged their knowledge of Oracle UCM workflows, forms development, and their Workflow Solutions Set component to deliver a custom form and workflow process. This solution made the CER process more visible and easier for users, as well as making CER forms and their associated documents available in the UCM system.
