1) Are there other admin tools that are not part of the UCM Admin Suite?
Yes. Fishbowl Solutions has a long and successful history of creating supported tools to help automate and streamline common administrative tasks. The UCM Admin Suite is a bundle of the most common and useful tools. Other tools are available to purchase separately for more specialized and unique needs.
2) What are optional products could also be leveraged?
There are several products that nicely complement the UCM Admin Suite. For WCM customers, the Site Studio Toolbox comes in handy. For those considering or undertaking content migrations, the Enterprise and Web Based Batch Loaders should be strongly considered. For portal customers the Fishbowl Portal Integration Suite is very versitile and useful. For Super Users, BAs and managers CollabPoint and the Fishbowl Wiki should be considered to provide an exciting and easily managed user experience on top of UCM.
3) Do I really need the Admin Suite packaged offering, or can I just purchase an individual product as a stand-alone?
This is feasible but not optimal. Our customers have continued to tell us that this pre-packaged, integrated offering decreased their overall time to value while boosting speed of adoption and generally making their admin's lives happier. We have leveraged all of our best UCM value-add components and packaged them up into an affordable and robust UCM administrative enhancement solution.
