FishbowlToGo lets you search for and view content from the Oracle WebCenter Content repository including documents, images, and multimedia from your smartphone. To get started, simply download the free app using the links above or search “FishbowlToGo” from the app store – no component or system setup is required for the free version. After downloading the app, enter the URL that you normally use to access the content server and start enjoying the convenience of enterprise content on the go. Note: if your organization requires an internal network connection to access WebCenter Content, you may need to use the VPN client on your device in order to connect.
Check In Content with FishbowlToGo Premium

FishbowlToGo Premium enables you to check in content directly from your device. The FishbowlToGo Content Server component allows administrators to set up mobile check-in profiles which appear when checking in content. Users can pick from configured upload types such as notes, photos, invoices, etc., and check in items without filling out lengthy check-in forms from their phones.

Environment Requirements:
In order to use FishbowlToGo, the app must be able to reach the Content Server. If your organization requires an internal network connection or VPN for access, you may need to use the VPN client on your device in order to connect. FishbowlToGo does not currently support single-sign-on.

What are Premium Features?
Premium features are additional FishbowlToGo features which require the installation of the FishbowlToGo Content Server component available from Fishbowl Solutions.

How do I enable Premium Features?
To start using premium features the FishbowlToGo component must be installed on the Oracle WebCenter Content server. Once installed, premium features will automatically activate for any user connected to that server from the free FishbowlToGo app. To purchase this component or schedule a demo contact Fishbowl Solutions.
