Fishbowl Solutions Announces Hiring of New Director of Operations and Finance
AnneMarie Klimek to Drive More Consistency and Predictability with Fishbowl’s Departmental Plans, Company Budgets, and Sales Forecasts
Fishbowl Solutions, a consulting services and software development company specializing in solutions for Oracle WebCenter, Parametric Technology Corporation’s (PTC) Windchill and Creo software products, and Google Search, has announced the hiring of AnneMarie Klimek as its new Director of Operations and Finance.
Klimek has held several professional services and technology based leadership positions at companies such as Harbinger Consulting Group, Personnel Decisions International (a Korn-Ferry company), and Medtronic. She has a record of assembling and overseeing high-performing teams along with implementing ideas for change leading to increased profitability and operational effectiveness. She will be focusing on strengthening and growing Fishbowl’s operational goals.
The number of employees at Fishbowl Solutions grew 60% in 2016, so Klimek joins at a time when the company needs standard and proven processes in place that maximize efficiencies of staff and the systems that support them. Klimek will be instrumental in identifying areas within finance, human resources, and sales where costs can be saved and overall processes can be improved.
