Fishbowl Solutions, a consulting services and software development company specializing in solutions for Oracle WebCenter, the Oracle Cloud, Parametric Technology Corporation’s (PTC) Windchill and Creo software products, Google Search, and Mindbreeze Inspire, placed 7th of out 16 final honorees in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Best Places to Work for 2017 in the small company category – 25 to 49 Minnesota employees.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has been honoring the states’s top workplaces for 19 years. To qualify as a Best Places to Work honoree, companies need to have an office in the Twin Cities with at least 10 employees. Nominees must then complete a confidential survey issued by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s research partner Quantum Workplace. The survey had to be completed by a certain percentage of employees based on company size – 85% for Fishbowl based on being in the 10 to 50 employees category. Employees were asked to rate their company on topics such as communication, professional development, and leadership.

Fishbowl Solutions and all the 2017 honorees were featured in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal August 18 Best Places to Work publication.
