Three Fishbowl Solutions Employees Receive Google Search Appliance Qualified Deployment Specialist Certification
Recognition Furthers Fishbowl’s Ability to Implement Google Search Solutions
Fishbowl Solutions, a Google for Work Premier Partner, announced today that three team members have been recognized as Google Search Appliance (GSA) Qualified Deployment Specialists. Senior Software Consultant Ben Evjen, Senior Software Consultant Mark Heupel, and Associate Software Consultant Dan Haugen now have the highest level of GSA certification possible for Google partners, which further demonstrates Fishbowl’s commitment to providing expertise in the areas of enterprise search and overall information management.
The three consultants are members of Fishbowl’s GSA Deployment team and have worked to implement the appliance for multiple customers. In addition to Evjen, Heupel, and Haugen, Fishbowl has three other GSA Qualified Deployment Specialists on staff. Director of Product Development Greg Bollom, GSA Deployment Team Lead Andy Weaver, and Google Product Manager Kim Negaard have each received the certification within the past year and a half.
Fishbowl’s GSA expertise led to the company being named a Google for Work Premier Partner last month. The status is reserved for a select group of partners that have demonstrated high levels of competency and performance in their resale and deployment practices. As a Google for Work Premier Partner, Fishbowl Solutions provides value-add software and services for the GSA, including implementations, integrations, connectors, and new appliance sales and renewals.
The GSA is an enterprise search technology developed by Google that builds on the accuracy of search on google.com. The GSA adds business-specific features like query suggestions, synonyms, and document previews to meet enterprise search needs. The GSA can search most enterprise information, from popular document formats to leading databases and document management systems, and respects the document-level permissions used in enterprise repositories.
