Each year we hire some of the brightest students from the University events we attend.  These students, either interns or full-time hires, have the opportunity to contribute value and do meaningful work almost immediately. That is why it is so important for us to hire not only bright students, but also students who are competitive, have a work hard/play hard mentality, and are innovators and problem solvers.  Qualities like these have ensured mutual success.

To find students with these qualities takes time and requires more than the status-quo hiring process, and Fishbowl Solutions wants nothing to do with status-quo. That is why every year we hold two, in-house recruiting events at Fishbowl’s headquarters. These events give students a unique and immersive experience to get to know Fishbowl: our culture, our people, the technologies we sell and service, while we get to know you. This exclusive event is the final step in the interview process.

Highlights

  • Open positions considered during in-house events include:
  • Meet with all levels of Fishbowl staff – from the president to first-year employees hired from last year’s event
  • Get an overview of the company – chat with software developers, sales and marketing professionals, consultants, and the executive team
  • Participate in skill exercises – coding tests for software consultants, writing and logic tests for marketing candidates
  • Happy Hour – enjoy a Fishbowl sponsored happy hour at McCoy’s Public House in St. Louis Park
